street noise inconvenient bathroom
the staff were helpful with directions it was acceptable
the room lacked soundproofing i could hear street noise all night this impacted my sleep quality the shared bathroom felt inconvenient especially in the morning the towels weren't replaced daily a minor detail i found annoying

I really liked that the staff was helpful and polite. They were even able to arrange early arrival luggage storage and late storage. There's a bus stop right outside the door, and the tube is a pleasant walk away. How convenient!

I found the room recently decorated. Artwork was all around the hotel. The shared bathroom facilities were clean. The hallway stairs had new carpet.
